Yes. You have 30 days after delivery to send your bag back, and you get a full refund. Write to us, and we send you the steps within 24 hours. That is all it takes.

1. Email contact@sevinedumont.com or use our contact form. Give us your order number and the bag you want to return.
2. We reply within 24 hours. You receive the return address and the steps by email.
3. Pack the bag unused, in its original packaging. The leather pouch is yours to keep.

As soon as the bag is back with us, we refund the full amount to your original payment method. We email you when it is done.

Return the bag for a full refund and order the color you prefer. We are happy to help.

• The 30 days start on the day your bag is delivered.
• Please return the bag unused, in its original packaging.
• A bag with a defect is not a return. That is covered by our 1-year warranty.
