Warranty

A good bag should last. The parts that usually fail first are the zip, the seams and the hardware. If one of them fails within 12 months, that is on us, not on you.

• Zips that break or no longer close
• Seams that come loose
• Buckles, clasps, rings and feet that break or come off
• Straps and handles that tear at the seam
• Lining that tears without outside cause

• Normal signs of use, like soft creases, a softer shape or a patina on the leather
• Damage from an accident, sharp objects, heat or heavy rain
• Bags that were repaired or changed by someone else
• Lost or stolen bags

1. Take a clear photo of the problem, and one of the whole bag.
2. Send the photos and your order number to contact@sevinedumont.com. We reply within 24 hours.
3. In most cases a photo is enough. We repair your bag or send you a new one, at no cost to you.
