When will it arrive?
On weekdays we ship orders placed before 2 pm ET the same or next business day. Your bag leaves within 1 business day, and delivery then takes 3-5 business days. Your cart shows the expected delivery date before you pay.
How does shipping work?
- Shipping: free on orders over $150 in the US.
- Processing: your bag leaves within 1 business day.
- Delivery: 3-5 business days after it ships.
- Tracking: you get a tracking link by email as soon as your bag ships.
Where do you deliver?
Right now we deliver to addresses in the United States. We do not ship abroad yet.
Can I send a bag as a gift?
Add a note to your order before checkout. Need it by a certain date? Write to us first, and we tell you honestly if it will make it.
Do I pay sales tax?
Sales tax depends on your state. You see it at checkout, before you pay.
