Terms of service

These terms apply to every visit to sevinedumont.com and every order you place with Sevine Dumont ("we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products

We describe our bags, materials and sizes as accurately as we can. Colors on screens can differ slightly from the real bag.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is calculated at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including Shop Pay installments where available. We may correct obvious pricing errors and will contact you if this affects your order.

3. Orders

Your order is a request to buy. We confirm it by email. We may cancel an order, for example when a product is no longer available or when we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you receive a full refund.

4. Shipping

Shipping times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy.

5. Returns and refunds

You can return a bag within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, as described in our Refund Policy.

6. Warranty

Every bag has a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If something fails within 12 months of delivery under normal use, we repair or replace your bag. The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidents, misuse or damage from improper care. To make a claim, email contact@sevinedumont.com with your order number and a photo.

7. Limited editions and restocks

Limited editions are made in one small run and are not restocked once sold out. Restock dates shown on our site are our expected dates and may change. Joining a waitlist does not reserve a bag.

8. Promotions

Discount codes and gift offers are valid only under the conditions stated with them, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may end at any time.

9. Our content

All text, images and designs on this site belong to Sevine Dumont and may not be used without our permission.

10. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that apply to you.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
