Care Guide

• Wipe your bag with a soft, dry cloth now and then.
• Do not overfill it. The shape stays better and the seams last longer.
• Keep pens without a cap and loose make-up in a pouch.

• Wet? Dab it gently with a soft cloth and let it dry at room temperature. Never use a hairdryer or a heater.
• A little leather balm once or twice a year is enough. Test it on a small, hidden spot first.
• Small scratches often fade when you rub them gently with a clean finger.

• Brush it gently with a soft suede brush, always in one direction.
• Keep it away from heavy rain. A suede protector spray helps before the first wear.
• A stain? Let it dry first, then brush. Do not rub with water.

• Fill it with tissue paper so it keeps its shape.
• Store it in its original packaging, upright, out of direct sunlight.
• Do not hang it by its strap for long periods.

If a zip, seam or buckle fails within 12 months, our warranty covers it. We repair or replace your bag.
