Returns and refunds

We want you to love your bag. If it is not right, you can send it back.

30-day hassle-free returns

• You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to start a return.
• You receive a full refund of the price you paid for the bag.
• Please return the bag unused, in its original packaging.

How to start a return

1. Email us at contact@sevinedumont.com with your order number. You can also use the Start a Return link on our site.
2. We reply within 24 hours on business days with the return address and the steps.
3. Send the bag back within 14 days after we confirm your return.

Your refund

Once your bag arrives and we have checked it, we refund you to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may need a few extra days to show it.

Exchanges

Would you prefer another color or shape? Return the bag for a full refund and place a new order. We are happy to help you choose.

Damaged or defective items

A bag with a defect is not a return. It is covered by our 1-year warranty. If your bag arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with a photo and we will make it right.
