How to claim: report damage within 7 days of delivery, with photos of the box and the bag. Report a missing package within 30 days of the shipping date. A package counts as lost after 7 days without a tracking update. Not covered: an incorrect address given at checkout, customs holds, or refused deliveries. Shipping Protection is optional and non-refundable once your order has shipped.

To keep it beautiful, keep it away from rain and direct sun. If it gets wet, dab it gently with a soft, dry cloth and let it dry at room temperature.

We look first at the parts that usually fail first: the zip, the seams, the buckles and the straps. A bag only gets a name when those are right. If one of them fails within 12 months, we repair or replace your bag.

Every Sevine Dumont bag is made of real leather. No plastic, and no coating that peels after one winter. You feel the difference the first time you pick it up: the weight, the grain, the smell.
Smooth leather keeps the natural grain of the hide. It softens as you carry it. Suede is leather brushed to a soft, velvet finish, warm in colour and light in the hand.
Good leather does not stay new. It takes on your days, your hands and your routes. That is the point: a bag you carry for years, not for a season.
A good bag, according to Sevine
Sevine grew up in a small village just outside Paris. Fashion was always her thing. Her father worked in the leather bag trade and kept a small workshop. That is where she learned to look closely.
The grain of the leather. The line of a stitch. The weight of a buckle in your hand. Small things that decide if a bag lasts.
“I’d rather have one good bag than five I’m embarrassed by.” So she made the other choice: a small collection of everyday bags, designed with a French eye, for the woman on her way.
